Steamboat Booty Hot Sauce

Steamboat Booty is our probiotic version of cajun-style Tabasco pepper hot sauce. It is a tribute to our summertime Great Lakes traditions. 

We lacto-ferment Tabasco and Chocolate Scotch Bonnet peppers for a special experience:  bright and brassy Tabasco peppers lead to the smoky Caribbean sweetness of Chocolate Scotch Bonnet peppers. It's everything you love in a Louisiana-style hot sauce, except thicker, hotter, and juicier! 

Steamboat Booty is a limited seasonal release.

All our hot sauces are live-fermented and probiotic. 
Always refrigerate to pause fermentation and lock-in the flavor.
