Los Zapotecos is a bold probiotic verde hot sauce with fermented jalapeños, stone-ground pepitas, tomatillos, and garlic. Finished with masa, chia, and fresh Oaxacan herbs that bring both a citrusy brightness and earthy depth. It is our homage to the rich culinary traditions of Oaxaca, Mexico and the heirloom Zapotec Jalapeños we love.
This mole-inspired verde is unpasteurized, probiotic-rich, and entirely plant-based. Its mild-to-medium heat and punchy flavor perfectly accompanies grilled vegetables, tacos, quesadillas, or any dish needing a bright herbal kick.
