Koji Sriracha is a live-fermented sriracha built around shio koji, the same traditional Japanese ferment behind sake and miso.
Fermented chili peppers and garlic meet ripe Fuyu persimmons and smoky Korean sesame oil. The koji brings a foundation of malty, briny umami underneath it all.
Developed in the tradition of Cleveland chef Jeremy Umansky's koji work.

This is my favorite hot sauce from this company. Amazing color and even better flavor. Tastes best on legumes as well as rice or bread. Ordering was simple and package was delivered within 2 days, despite me being on the farthest corner of the country.
