Jiracha Koji Sriracha

Our koji sriracha is a vibrant, live-fermented vegan hot sauce that delivers intense heat with waves of naturally complex tang.

This hot sauce is made with locally-grown heirloom red jalapeño peppers fermented with fresh garlic, Japanese persimmon, Korean sesame oil, Filipino vinegar, and Japanese Shio Koji.

Our Shio Koji is made from fermented rice and brings a briny and malty vegan alternative to our patis sriracha.

Ingredients: Chili Peppers, Persimmons, Vinegar, Garlic, Brown Sugar, Salt, Shio Koji (Filtered Water, Rice, Aspergillus Oryzae, Sea Salt), Sesame Oil
