Our Koji Sriracha is a vibrant probiotic sriracha that blends fermented hot chili peppers with savory Japanese shio koji, sweet Fuyu persimmons, bright Filipino vinegar, and smoky Korean sesame oil for an intense vegan umami experience.
The heart of the sauce is shio koji, a traditional Japanese ferment used in sake production. Inspired by Cleveland's own Jeremy Umansky, we used shio koji to deliver a malty, briny, umami depth that is subtle but essential. It's a soulful savoriness you must experience!
