Ultra-hot Carolina Reaper Peppers are added to our original fermentation mash for a fiery, long-lasting burn layered with the familiar tang of mustard and the subtle sweetness of brown sugar.

The mustard enhances the lingering heat, while fermentation adds funk and depth. The result is long-lasting, hot, complex, and deeply flavorful.
